Core responsibilities
Instructors act as subject matter experts, teaching and supporting a caseload of students by providing specialized instruction aligned with best practices and monitoring progress in competency development. They develop instructional materials, facilitate engaging virtual events, and provide proactive, timely one-To-One virtual coaching tailored to individual learner needs and goals.
Requirements summary
A master’s degree in healthcare, health education, health and human services, public health, psychology, or a related healthcare field from an accredited institution is required, along with two years of successful practice based on student outcomes in the role area. Candidates must be able to work a student-Centered schedule, including evenings and weekends, with up to 20% travel required.
