The primary responsibilities involve completing all aspects of functional behavioral assessments (Fbas) and developing behavior support plans (Bsp) for clients aged birth to 18. This includes conducting various assessments, providing direct supervision to rbts/Bts in homes, and ensuring high fulfillment of authorized client hours.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field, along with current and unrestricted bcba certification from the bacb. Preferred experience includes a minimum of two years providing applied behavior analysis treatment to children with autism, along with reliable transportation for travel within the fontana/Colton area.
