Bilingual-Case Manager, Transitional Foster Care

The case manager is responsible for providing casework and supportive services to children in foster care and their families, ensuring timely referrals and effective communication with stakeholders. They also conduct initial assessments and coordinate necessary services for the youth in care.

A bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields is required, along with at least one year of experience in child and family services. Bilingual spanish/English fluency is highly preferred, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
