Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians implement treatment plans by teaching children on the autism spectrum desirable skills and decreasing challenging behaviors through fun activities. This role involves utilizing a results-Oriented approach called applied behavior analysis, which includes observing client reactions and documenting progress.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or ged, and be available to work full-Time monday through friday between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, with occasional saturday make-Up sessions. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience working with special needs children are preferred.
