Core responsibilities
The primary function is to coordinate and supervise a youth flag football camp for participants aged 5 to 10, which includes planning practices and games, and overseeing day-Of-Game operations alongside the supervisor. Essential duties also involve tracking attendance, maintaining equipment, communicating issues to parents or supervisors, and ensuring participant safety by providing first aid when necessary.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, and while some knowledge or experience with flag football is preferred, it is not mandatory for application. A valid illinois driver's license is required, and cpr and first aid certification must be obtained within three months of hiring, with classes potentially available through the park district.
