Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will work directly with children implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a bcba, focusing on building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Key duties include leading structured therapy activities, encouraging positive behaviors, collecting data, and communicating progress to supervising bcbas.

Candidates should possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, although it is preferred, and experience working with children or in aba therapy is also preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, patience, organization, and a commitment to supporting meaningful progress are essential.
