Job Specific Essential Duties
- 1.
- Train, support, and monitor clients while in the community and vocational settings.
- 2.
- Participate in the development of a circle of support, to build relationships with family, friends, neighbors, and other community.
- 3.
- Develop individualized adaptive support materials as needed.
- 4.
- Develop and expand clients’ participation in integrated employment activities.
- 5.
- Assist with development and implementation of clients’ annual plan, goals, and objectives 6.
- Participate in clients’ annual Individualized Program Plan (IPP) meeting 7.
- Provide same day shift coverage as requested by supervisor.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications • Education
- High School Diploma/GED
