Case Worker

The child and family services case worker delivers clinical case management to children and families, focusing on establishing a permanent, long-Term life plan for each child through outreach, intensive case management, and direct services. This role also involves collaborating with various systems, advocating for the child's needs, and ensuring timely completion of assessments, service plans, treatment plans, progress notes, and court reports.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience working with children and families. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must pass all necessary background checks prior to employment.
