Youth & Family Specialist

The specialist will provide clinical case management for foster children, foster families, and biological families, demonstrating a strength-Based and trauma-Informed philosophy while managing on-Call crisis response. Responsibilities also include facilitating treatment meetings, providing counseling/Coaching, and supporting foster care recruitment efforts.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field along with two years of experience working with children and/Or families, and must have a valid driver's license. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours for emergency situations and maintain knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
