Foster Family Resource and Licensing Specialist

The specialist will work within the unaccompanied refugee minor program to identify, match, train, and prepare foster families to care for refugee children and youth, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements. This role involves monthly visits to foster families to document their progress and growth while maintaining relationships with state agencies and stakeholders.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, be eligible for lsw licensure, and possess reliable transportation with a good driving record. Experience with refugee minors, the foster care system, diverse populations, and strong communication skills are highly desirable.
