Child Care Lead Float Teacher

The lead float teacher will work closely with teachers and families to provide a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, ensuring their safety and supervision in an assigned classroom. Key duties involve creating developmentally appropriate curriculum based on naeyc standards and curating activities tailored to children's interests and learning styles.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, or a child development associate (Cda) credential, or career pathway level 3, or a bachelor's degree in any field. One year of experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred, alongside strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
