Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or developmental delays, focusing on foundational skills like communication through natural play. Responsibilities include following prescribed plans, collecting and recording data, writing session notes, and communicating client progress to parents under bcba guidance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills while being detail-Oriented and adaptable. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift 30 pounds, assume various postures for extended periods, walk/Run to maintain proximity to clients, and assist with basic client needs like feeding and toileting.
