ERSEA Coordinator - Children's Corner - Headstart (60100)

The coordinator will collaborate with program directors to implement programs, manage family recruitment and enrollment processes to ensure capacity and regulatory compliance, and maintain essential documentation for families and children. Responsibilities also include providing staff guidance, developing community relationships, tracking health records, and performing data entry into various database systems.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, education, or human development, coupled with knowledge of child development for ages birth to three years. A minimum of two to three years of experience working with families, including providing home visits, is required, with bilingual english/Spanish skills being strongly preferred.
