ERSEA Coordinator - Early Childhood Center - Headstart (60101)

The coordinator will collaborate with program directors to implement programs, manage the family recruitment and enrollment/Intake process to ensure capacity and regulatory compliance, and maintain specific documentation for ersea files. They are also responsible for providing staff guidance, developing community relationships, tracking health records, and entering enrollment and attendance data into various database systems.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, education, or human development, including knowledge of child development for ages birth to three years. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with families and conducting home visits is required, and bilingual english/Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.
