Special Education Teacher

The teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education programs (Ieps) tailored to each student's needs and adapting general education curriculum to support diverse learners. Key duties also involve providing direct instruction, collaborating with staff and families, and tracking student progress using data.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in special education or a related field and hold a valid maryland teaching certification in special education or be eligible to obtain one. Experience in an elementary school setting is preferred, alongside strong classroom management and communication skills.
