The autism specialist professional implements clients’ behavior support plans to reduce problematic behaviors and provides aba-Based instruction to foster new skill development, all under the direction of a supervising bcba. This role involves monitoring client behavior, collecting and reporting data to the supervising bcba, and collaborating with the bcba and the client’s family to support meaningful behavioral changes.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, being at least 18 years old. Additional requirements include passing a criminal background check, having a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access, and availability for after-School and evening hours.
