We are able to accomplish this by partnering with schools, outreach programs, and other college and career access organizations to provide efficient and effective college and career access programming and classroom-based test preparation. - Responsibilities:
- Subjects to be taught: Math
- Grades: Kindergarten - 12th grade
- There are two possible schedules available;
- Tuesday,
- Wednesday, and
- Thursdays from 8:05
- AM to 10:45 AM CST
- Monday,
- Tuesday,
- Wednesday, and
- Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 2 PM CST
- Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
- Tutors will have access to information about class assignments
- Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
- Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff
- Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students.
Qualifications
- MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
- Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired
- In-person availability is required
- Scheduled hours: Flexible availability during and afterschool hours.
- Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
