Twos Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating and implementing lessons that support age-Appropriate academic and values curricula in a loving and safe environment, while also using observations and assessments to individualize learning experiences. Key duties include leading classroom management, preparing supplies, cleaning, handling transitions, supervision, coordinating with the teaching team, and fostering positive parent partnerships.

Candidates must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and must complete specific maryland state office of child care approved certifications including the 90-Hour preschool teacher certification, 9-Hour communication course, and basic health and safety training. Current first aid and cpr certification, along with maryland state background check clearance, are mandatory.
