Core responsibilities
The lead teacher will be responsible for teaching, nurturing, and guiding young children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old using a developmentally appropriate curriculum. This role requires active engagement with children in a supportive, team-Oriented environment.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, along with specific training hours in child growth & development and infant–toddler certificate or preschool curriculum depending on the age group. A minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits is also required.
