Behavioral Health Aide - School Based

The behavioral health aide supports individuals with mental health or behavioral challenges by assisting licensed professionals in implementing care plans and facilitating therapeutic activities to help clients meet treatment goals. This role also involves educating clients and families on coping strategies and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with either 60 college credit hours or up to two years of relevant experience caring for children with complex emotional needs. Required qualifications include obtaining specific certifications post-Hire and maintaining a valid driver's license for client transportation.
