Center Support Specialist

The center support specialist ensures smooth daily operations by supporting both classroom staff and administrative functions, including stepping into classrooms to maintain required teacher-Child ratios. This role also involves assisting teachers with lesson preparation, providing instructional support, and handling various administrative tasks to maintain a nurturing learning environment.

Candidates must possess or be actively progressing toward maryland teacher qualification or msde certification, along with required 90-Hour preschool and/Or infant & toddler certifications. Preferred qualifications include coursework in early childhood education and prior classroom experience, alongside meeting all mandatory maryland occ trainings and background check requirements.
