Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe while actively engaging with the children through play, movement, and hands-On activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace, frequently getting on and off the floor. A commitment to obtaining paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire and consistent attendance are mandatory requirements.
