Child Behavior Therapist (Bachelor's Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Therapists must stay active during sessions, engaging children through play, movement, and hands-On activities while maintaining a safe therapy space.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, with a commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly on the floor.
