Child Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level)

The therapist will work one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include actively engaging children through movement, reading, and games while maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor while maintaining an active pace. A commitment to obtaining rbt certification within 20 days of hire and consistent punctuality are also required.
