Direct Support Professional (We will Train) Bachelors Degree Required

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging actively through movement, reading, and hands-On activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe therapy space and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, although a bachelor's degree is required for the stated pay scale. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting up to 30lbs and frequently moving quickly, crouching, and getting on and off the floor, while also committing to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire.
