Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Staff

The role involves delivering a wide range of community-Based services, including skill coaching and behavior management, to children, adolescents, and their families within their homes and communities. Staff will collaborate within a multi-Disciplinary team to guide youth and foster positive relationships with external agencies and families.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license and vehicle access for transporting youth, and ideally have a bachelor's or associate's degree in a human services field or a community health worker certification. A minimum of one year of experience working with youth needing behavioral management for mental health concerns is required.
