Graduate Assistant, Men's Volleyball

The graduate assistant will primarily assist the head coach in organizing and conducting practices, serving as a representative during team travel, and managing operational budget aspects like equipment purchases and travel coordination. A significant portion of the role also involves developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract qualified student-Athletes to the men's volleyball program.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate proven integrity, leadership, and thorough knowledge of men's volleyball, preferably with 2-3 years of coaching experience, ideally at the collegiate level. Full acceptance into a hood college graduate program is mandatory, along with maintaining a minimum 3.00 cumulative gpa.
