Graduate Assistant, Softball

The graduate assistant will support the head coach in all aspects of the softball program, including recruiting qualified student-Athletes, instructing them in sport techniques and strategy, and assisting with team administration and game preparation. Essential duties are divided among coaching/Instruction/Administration (60%), recruiting (30%), and site management (10%).

Candidates must possess proven integrity, leadership, and thorough knowledge of softball, along with the ability to motivate and recruit academically qualified student-Athletes. A bachelor's degree is required, full acceptance into a hood graduate program is mandatory, and maintaining a 3.00 cumulative gpa is necessary.
