Graduate Assistant, Baseball

The graduate assistant will support the head coach in all aspects of the baseball program, focusing on recruiting qualified student-Athletes, providing instruction in sport rules, strategies, and techniques, and assisting with team administration duties (60%). Key administrative tasks include organizing practices, managing travel logistics, assisting with budget and equipment purchases, and developing fundraising strategies.

Candidates must possess proven integrity, leadership, and thorough knowledge of baseball, along with a commitment to motivating and teaching academically qualified student-Athletes. A bachelor's degree is required, along with full acceptance into a hood college graduate program and maintenance of a 3.00 cumulative gpa.
