Graduate Assistant, Women's Basketball

The graduate assistant will assist the head coach in recruiting qualified student-Athletes, instructing and developing them in women's basketball, preparing for games, and engaging in community involvement activities. Essential duties cover coaching, instruction, team administration (60%), recruiting (30%), and site management (10%).

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level, along with full acceptance into a hood graduate program and maintenance of a 3.00 cumulative gpa. Required attributes include proven integrity, leadership, thorough knowledge of women's basketball, strong organizational skills, and availability for varied hours including evenings and weekends.
