Head Dance Team Coach

The head dance team coach is responsible for developing and implementing a high-Quality, non-Competitive cheerleading program that adheres to ncaa and university policies. Duties include coaching, scheduling practices, directing the team at home basketball events, fundraising, and recruitment.

Minimum qualifications require knowledge and experience with dance techniques, the ability to choreograph, create team chemistry, handle daily coaching challenges, and recruit student-Athletes. A bachelor's degree and collegiate head coaching experience are preferred qualifications.
