Candidates must uphold Biblical priorities and be active members of a like-minded church, while also meeting Tennessee licensing requirements of being at least 18 years old. Preference is given to applicants with an Associate's Degree in a related field and 1-3 years of early childhood education experience.

Per TN Licensing Requirements be at least 18 years of age.
1stAid/CPR certification preferred – able to obtain upon hire
Responsibilities: Create a safe and engaging program for children of all abilities to grow & thrive
Follow all TN Licensing Requirements: Follow all KidzConnect best practices
Keep the Director updated on any students who have areas of concern.
Ensure constant supervision of class – in class, playground, halls, lunchroom, etc
Maintain a clean and orderly environment
Follow class schedule and routine with consistence
Ensure that toys, activities, and expectations are developmentally appropriate
Work to ensure that confidentiality is maintained by faculty and staff as it pertains to student discipline, academic struggles or staff issues
Duties: will vary based on the age of the classroom
Typically, a 5-day a week classroom schedule. Work includes but is not limited to walking, standing, walking up and down stairs, squatting, bending, carrying items up to 45lbs, getting up and down off the floor. Time will be spent both indoors and outdoors, in both quiet and chaotic spaces.
