Skills Building Class Facilitator - Longmont

This role involves developing and facilitating therapeutic and educational activities for participants, ensuring these plans are effectively implemented and monitored in collaboration with the therapeutic specialist and staff. The facilitator also promotes participant health, safety, and welfare while ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and organizational policies.

Candidates need general knowledge of community resources and demonstrated skill in working with people with developmental disabilities, preferably in a community setting. Required abilities include effective communication, problem-Solving, crisis intervention, organizational skills, and possession of a valid driver's license.
