Skills Building Class Facilitator - Lafayette

This role involves developing and facilitating therapeutic and educational activities to implement participant support plans effectively, while ensuring the quality of services and compliance with all regulations. The facilitator must promote participant health and welfare by providing necessary support, engaging in skilled interaction, and safely transporting participants to community sites.

Candidates need general knowledge of community resources and demonstrated skill in working with people with developmental disabilities, preferably in a community setting. Essential abilities include effective communication, creative problem-Solving, conflict resolution, the capacity to work independently and as part of a team, and possession of a valid driver's license.
