Skills Building Class Facilitator - Longmont

The facilitator develops and implements therapeutic and educational activities aligned with participant support plans, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities also include promoting participant health and safety through direct support, instruction, and safe transportation to community sites.

Candidates need general knowledge of community resources and demonstrated skill in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a community setting. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50-75 pounds are required, with a high school diploma being the minimum education, though two years of college is preferred.
