Student Success Initiatives Staff Asst for DDSA (Student Position)

This role supports grant-Funded programs by assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of student success initiatives (Ssi) programs and supporting determined dawg student success program events. Responsibilities also include collaborating on training for staff, coordinating program logistics, and developing training sessions for students on using the navigate360 platform.

Applicants must be an undergraduate student at ferris state university with a minimum cumulative gpa of 2.50 who has achieved sophomore status or greater by spring 2026. Required attributes include strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, basic functional understanding of navigate360, and availability for some weekend and evening work.
