Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be physically capable of various movements and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain cpr, first aid certification, and pass a background check.
