Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help implement the classroom curriculum, adapting it to individual child needs while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and learning. Responsibilities also include supporting child development through structured activities, collaborating with the lead teacher on routines, monitoring progress, and adhering to all health and safety protocols.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and previous experience in childcare or youth programs is preferred, though not mandatory. Candidates must meet all state licensing requirements, obtain cpr/First aid certification (Or be willing to), and possess the physical ability to engage actively with children, including lifting up to 30-40 pounds.
