Youth and School Based Clinician

The youth and school based clinician will deliver direct clinical assessment and intervention services to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults across outpatient and school-Based settings, spending approximately half time in each. This role involves providing support and family therapy while facilitating an integrated team approach to the consumer's care plan.

The clinician must develop individual treatment plans for psychotherapy needs and service plans that integrate care team components in collaboration with the consumer and guardians. Responsibilities in the school setting also include direct clinical services, consultation, and extended wellness services to the school community.
