The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in the organization, administration, and implementation of the women's volleyball program, including recruiting student-athletes and scouting opposing teams. Responsibilities also involve supervising practices and games, monitoring academic progress, and assisting with conditioning and administrative duties.
The role requires assisting the Head Coach across various facets of the volleyball program, such as recruiting, scouting, practice supervision, and academic monitoring. Assist in directing pre-season conditioning program for athletes; travel with the team as required.
Assist in opposition scouting and game strategy as directed by the Head Coach.
Assist in fund-raising and promotion activities for the program; perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
Assist in directing community service and community engagement for the program.
Assist in maintaining a programmatic balanced budget as assigned by the Athletic Director.
Assist in the development, promotion and execution of camps and clinics and assigned by the Head Coach.
