Float Staff (Teacher / Assistant Teacher / Aide)

Float teachers implement engaging lesson plans, support children's individual needs, and communicate with families across various classrooms. They are responsible for creating nurturing, developmentally appropriate environments and fostering social-Emotional growth while participating in ongoing training.

Hiring occurs at teacher, assistant teacher, and aide levels, each with specific educational prerequisites ranging from a high school diploma/Ged for aides to an associate's/Cda or bachelor's degree for teachers. All candidates must be 18 years or older, with experience being preferred or required depending on the specific role level.
