Core responsibilities

The direct juvenile support worker provides continuous, in-Person safety and security while addressing the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth through individual mentoring and skill development. This role involves monitoring and documenting behaviors, assisting with activities, and collaborating with staff to meet treatment plan goals, specifically within the intake & assessment unit.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role. Applicants must also successfully pass various screenings, including criminal background checks, drug tests, physical exams, tb tests, and searches of child/Adult abuse registries, in addition to meeting driver eligibility requirements.
