(Night shift) direct juvenile support worker

The direct juvenile support worker provides continuous in-Person safety and security while addressing the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth through individual mentoring and skill development. This role involves monitoring and documenting behaviors, participating in activities, and collaborating with staff to meet treatment plan goals.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old to be considered for this position. Applicants must also pass various screenings including criminal background checks, drug tests, physical exams, tb tests, and abuse registry searches, in addition to meeting driver eligibility requirements.
