(Day shift) direct juvenile support worker

The direct juvenile support worker is responsible for providing continuous in-Person safety and security while addressing the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth through individual mentoring and skill development. This role involves monitoring and documenting behaviors, assisting with activities, and collaborating with staff to meet treatment plan goals focusing on teamwork and conflict resolution.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position. Applicants must also successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical examination, tb test, and a search of child and adult abuse registries.
