Case manager

The case manager is responsible for administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs based on agency requests and student needs. This role also involves serving as a liaison between the client, guardians, and placing agency officials while ensuring timely completion of required reports.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess either a bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of relevant experience. Applicants must also pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, tb test, and a search of the child abuse central registry.
