Diabetes Nurse Educator/Nurse Coordinator-OB/GYN

This role primarily involves providing diabetes education for gestational and pre-Existing diabetes across three outpatient ob/Gyn locations, including counseling and cgm data management. Additionally, the coordinator supports clinical operations at the redwood practice, focusing on triage, scheduling, and care plan follow-Up for high-Risk obstetric patients.

Candidates must possess an active rn license, with a bsn preferred, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience, strongly preferring prior ob experience. Experience with diabetes education, cgm platforms, or nutrition counseling is preferred, alongside strong communication and teaching skills.
