Direct juvenile support worker/Coach counselor

The direct juvenile support worker/Coach counselor will create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for at-Risk male youth in a secure residential setting. This role involves guiding youth through structured programming designed to promote a normalized high school experience and opportunities for achievement and growth.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old to be considered for this role. Applicants must also successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical examination, and a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
