Direct juvenile support worker/Coach counselor

The direct juvenile support worker/Coach counselor will create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for at-Risk male youth in a secure residential setting. This role involves guiding youth through programming designed to promote a normalized high school experience and opportunities for achievement and growth.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position. Applicants are also required to pass comprehensive background checks, including criminal, drug, physical, and child/Adult abuse registry screenings.
