✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Part-Time Direct Juvenile Support Worker/Part Time Coach Counselor at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (DJTC) in Dermott, Arkansas✨
- DJTC is a secure residential program for at-risk male youth ages 18-21, located outside of Dermott, AR.
- Through our trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff.
- Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area.

Pay
$17.75 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience.
To be considered you should
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
