Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst. This involves teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while actively reducing interfering behaviors using evidence-Based techniques.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Essential requirements include being 18 or older, holding a high school diploma or ged, and obtaining rbt certification within 45 days of onboarding.
